Bartamaha (Mosko):-This country is offering help to reintegrate and rebuild Somalia.Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Saltanov told this to the Somali and other East African Ambassadors at a meeting in Moscow on Monday.
For almost 20 years now, Somalia has been without a central government and in a state of break-up into Somalia proper, Somaliland and Puntland. The interim government in Mogadishu is under siege and attack by an Al Qaeda-affiliated Islamist insurgency.
