We lack the knowledge to innovate
So violence is what we perpetuate
Our future is what dissipates
Life is what art imitates
Dissipate is to evaporate
What imitate is to perpetuate
Wealth is what we celebrate
It is also what we accumulate
Dissent is what they manufacture
Freedom is what they lecture
Dissent is easy to manufacture
As freedom is easy to lecture
These words are now what I conjure
This poem is more than a lecture
Like an architect who designs architecture
In my work lies my signature
