Bartamaha (Galkacyo):- The UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Antonio Guterres, has said the international community needs to shift its focus on Somalia.

He says it has concentrated on the fighting in Somalia between the Transitional Federal Government, the TFG, and the a-lShabab militia, who have links to al-Qaeda, but that it needs to do more to for people displaced by two decades of conflict.

The country now has one of the world’s worst refugee problems.  BBC’s Zeinab Badawi has been given rare access to Somalia’s displaced people’s camps.  For the first of her reports she went to the town of Galkayo in northern Somalia.
