New Hope man arrested in alleged Somali threat

jamesmillerST. CLOUD, Minn. – A New Hope, Minnesota man has been arrested for allegedly posting a threatening message on Craigslist.org aimed at a Somali cultural event on the St. Cloud State university campus.

James Scott Miller, 49, was arrested Friday morning and booked into the Stearns County Jail awaiting felony terroristic threats charges.

On Wednesday, St. Cloud police became aware of the threat on Craigslist and were able to trace the message to Miller. He is believed to be the only person involved with the threat.
