RBC Radio – The president of the federal government of Somalia Hassan Shiekh Mohamud has appointed former security minister Abdihakim Hussein Gulled as his political adviser.

Directive from the office of the president Mohamud has authorized Gulled as president’s political adviser.

Gulled has resigned from the ministry of security following security setbacks the ministry faced in the past months.

Abdihakin Hussein Gulled is a close ally of Somali president Mohamud and also a member of same religious group Damul Jadid.
