Metro — Boris Johnson almost pulled a Labour MP to the ground in a heated exchanged on live TV. The Foreign Secretary made the move when clashing with Andrew Gwynne in a live Sky interview.
The Brexit supporting Tory was being interviewed when he was gatecrashed by the Labour politician. In the midst of the argument, Boris puts his arm around his rival and tries to push him to the ground. When he fails, he smiles and says: ‘I’m so sorry’.
Gwynne tells the former Mayor of London: ‘Don’t be a pillock’.The Labour politician claimed he was supposed to be going head-to-head with Boris.
Without an earpiece, Gwynne fought over migration and the winter fuel allowance.
