Blast targets Ahlu Sunna forces in Somali capital

Land mine blast targeted to the Islamist forces of Ahlu Sunna Waljama’a clerics has killed a fighter and wounded two others as they continued operations in parts of the Somali capital Mogadishu,
official said on SundaySheik Osman Sheik Ahmed known as Abu Hamza, the spokesman of Ahlu Sunna Waljama clerics in Mogadishu and for southern Somalia said in an inter view that the explosion was aimed at their fighters and occurred between Ex-control checkpoint that controls the TFG troops and Hosh neighborhood of Dherekneley district in south Mogadishu.
The spokesman said that one of their fighters killed and two others injured as the blast happened pointing out that it was a remote controlled land mine buried under the ground adding that more of the transitional government forces had reached at scene shortly after explosion happened and started search operation in the areas.
There is no group claimed the responsibility of the blasts so far, but the spokesman of Ahlu Sunna said that such cowardly explosion will not halt their fighting against the rebels in southern Somalia.
It was the first time that such explosion targeted to the pro government Islamist clerics of Ahlu Sunna Walma forces in the Somalia capital Mogadishu.
